The Dagga can also produce a very useful oil that is used to improve skin inflammations and other skin diseases. The flowers are the most potent part for a calming effect. The herb mixes well with other herbs.

A shrub flower that is native to India and can also be found in some parts of Mexico and Africa as well. The flower blooms into three different colours, all of which have a specific medicinal effect. Although it is related to the Mint family, it has a much higher concentration of minerals, which is why it should always be taken in smaller quantities than your traditional Mint plant.
